   Many times in our lives going down a road many others have traveled seems known, comfortable, safe, and 'acceptable' but yet there is not a peace that rests in your heart, and we wonder and doubt..."I don't feel right about this"; or "I feel like I don't know who I am anymore."

    How does Courage play a role in your life? One source (Webster's) defines courage as "mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty".
 
   Can you think back on a  time in your life when you were daring and courageous?! The words "danger, fear and difficulty" can mean many things to many people.
 
     Take some time to think about what fear or difficulty has a hold on your life right now. When did it start? Where did it come from? Who else in your life may have had this fear? How does this fear currently affect your way of living.......?
 
   By exploring these questions takes COURAGE!!! You are "venturing" down a mental path to attempt to discover where this obstacle started impacting your life. Awareness is a HUGE first step. We can't change what we are not even aware of.
